Game Types

ActionX is a game type that focuses on individual players with 3 picks for you to select from. You will accumulate points for correctly picking 2 to 10 selections per contest entry. The number of selections per contest is up to you. The more selections you pick the bigger your potential win, and as your points increase, so do your winnings.

PickX is a game type that focuses on individual player props with an over/under for you to select from. You will predict whether the player will outperform or underperform their stat line. You will accumulate points for correctly picking 2 to 10 selections per contest entry. The number of selections per contest is up to you. The more selections you pick the bigger your potential win, and as your points increase, so do your winnings.

Contest Rules

Participation in Swagger Contests requires the submission of at least one (1) entry with a minimum of 2 picks and a maximum of 10 picks. For every correct pick, you score the designated points. The sum of the points of all correct picks will be your final entry score. Points will accumulate, and regardless of whether all of your selections win, or just a few, you will win a cash prize based on your final score and your ticket’s respective Prize Board.

If a live game is canceled or stopped ahead of full time and not completed within 12 hours of the start time (example: riots, safety measures, weather), then all related picks will be voided. If your ticket has voided picks, you will not score the points associated with those picks.

If a player is traded, the entry is voided. If any athlete is not in the official Game Day roster due to sickness, injury, non-game related reasons, safety measures, suspension, or otherwise, then the market is voided. This policy also applies to athletes on the official game day roster who do not play (designated DNP) due to a coach or management decision. If your ticket has voided picks, you will not score the points associated with those picks.

Once you have submitted your entry, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Each pick within an entry is worth a defined amount of points as shown. When you make a correct pick, you are awarded that number of points specific to that entry.

Account Management

Legally you are required to confirm that you are physically located in a state where DFS is permitted. Sadly, if you do not have location services turned on your device, you will not be able to play Swagger.

You must be a resident of an approved US or Canada location to have an account with Playwithswagger.com. Here are all approved locations and their age requirement:

United States:
21 years or older in AK, AR, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MN, NC, ND, NE, NM, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, WI, WV, WY

Canada (excluding Quebec & Ontario):
21 years or older in all territories

All registered users are required to supply identification information including your name, residential address, and date of birth.

This one’s a layup, click here or click Sign Up on the top of the page. Then, fill out our form with your personal information. We use your name, address, and birthday to verify your identity through a third party company. At this point you are ready to play.

It’s easy to change your password, just go to the Security page. You can enter your current password and then enter your new password. If you forget your password, click the Log In button and then “Forgot your password.”

To keep the game fair for everyone, one person, one account.

You can use your bonus funds to enter paid contests, but you can’t immediately withdraw your bonus without first playing through it. Winnings using bonus funds can be withdrawn once the bonus has been played through. Your payable account balance (your deposits + bonuses + winnings) is the balance that is displayed at the top of your screen. You can also view your balances in transaction history or withdrawal. For specific rules on a promotion or bonus, please review the rules for each particular promotion located under the “promo” section of the site.
Please keep in mind, that your bonus credit will expire within 30 days of the date they are credited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Currently, we’re using PayPal for deposits and withdrawals. You can use your credit or debit card to fund your Swagger account even if you don’t have a PayPal account. PayPal guarantees a secure transaction. If you have any questions or issues with funding, please email hello@playwithswagger.com.

Head to the Withdraw page in the menu. You will see the available funds to withdraw. Simply enter the amount of money you would like to withdraw, and then we will be in contact with you shortly on the most convienent way to get you your money.

Only if your net winnings are greater than $600 in a calendar year. Net winnings = (Withdrawals + Year End Account Balance) - (Deposits – Beginning Year Account Balance). You will need to provide Swagger with the last four digits of your social security number. You can add to your Profile in the primary menu.

Responsible Play

Playing with Swagger is supposed to be fun… a play addiction is serious. Self-exclusion prevents you from logging into your account on playwithswagger.com. Once self-excluded, you are restricted from re-opening your account or creating a new account. It’s a permanent time-out.

You can take yourself out of the game. All you have to do is send us an email at hello@playwithswagger.com and let us know that you want to voluntarily exclude yourself (self-exclude) from playing with Swagger and need us to take action. We will respond to your message by confirming your request to self-exclude and a hold will be put on your account. It’s a permanent time-out. We take this very seriously.
